Marcos, originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, is the founder and team lead of Milagro Homes. With over a decade of experience in real estate, he leverages his extensive knowledge to drive the success of the team. Beyond his leadership role, Marcos is also a dedicated investor and coach, committed to helping others achieve financial freedom.

Daniel Ferrusquia is a real estate investor specializing in creative deal structuring, distressed properties, rentals, and strategies like subject-to and contract for deed. With a Finance degree from Augsburg University, he combines sharp negotiation, property analysis, and digital marketing skills to build long-term partnerships and maximize returns.

INTERIOR DESIGNER

Kirsten Fritze has always had a deep passion for interior spaces, which led her to pursue a degree in Interior Design from the University of Minnesota. After founding Milagro Homes Real Estate + Design LLC with her husband Marcos, she now combines her design expertise with a focus on real estate investing, while also handling the team's creative tasks, including social media, website creation, marketing, and more.
