Marcos, originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, is the founder and team lead of Milagro Homes. With over a decade of experience in real estate, he leverages his extensive knowledge to drive the success of the team. Beyond his leadership role, Marcos is also a dedicated investor and coach, committed to helping others achieve financial freedom.

Luis Pedro was born and raised in Guatemala City, surviving a life-altering incident in 2002 where he was shot in the head and miraculously recovered, deepening his commitment to serving others. After working in education for over a decade, Luis transitioned into real estate to help underserved Latino families achieve homeownership and financial freedom, while continuing to invest in real estate and expand his portfolio.

Kirsten Fritze has always had a deep passion for interior spaces, which led her to pursue a degree in Interior Design from the University of Minnesota. After obtaining her real estate license and founding Milagro Homes Real Estate + Design LLC with her husband Marcos, she now combines her design expertise with a focus on real estate investing, while also handling the team's creative tasks, including social media, website creation, marketing, and more.

Daniel Ferrusquia is a real estate investor specializing in creative deal structuring, distressed properties, rentals, and strategies like subject-to and contract for deed. With a Finance degree from Augsburg University, he combines sharp negotiation, property analysis, and digital marketing skills to build long-term partnerships and maximize returns.

Originally from Mexico, Bris and her husband are now raising their two children, Benji and Jasmin, here in the U.S. After experiencing firsthand the challenges many Latino families face in homeownership, she became a Realtor® to serve as a trusted guide and advocate. Bris is passionate about helping others make the buying or investing process clear, smooth, and rewarding.
